The video and control of the camera are fine performing exactly as advertized with a few very nice features. Night vision is very good, however, the sound coming from the camera is extremely poor at best with a shutter noise that does not seem to stop.Calls to tech support are poorly handled - I'm still waiting (after 2.5 weeks) for a call back from 2nd level support regarding a few issues. 5 of 5 people found the following review helpful.
