Take a look at this BENRO A-158M8 Aluminum Tripod

After taking this out for another shoot one of the sections from one of the legs will not tighten now. I tighten the twist lock all the way and it still slides down. So once again the quality control on these less expensive items has screwed up again. Alright I was able to correct the problem myself. I guess these tripods aren't that complicated so I was able to take the leg off completely and reinsert with the slot lined up with the slot inside the other leg which took care of the problems.
