Had two questions about why I could not get the recorder to work correctly, emailed the questions. Eventually got a response that they were running 4-5 weeks behind on support. Never happened. May ship unit back to Amazon. Cameras are fine, recorder would be if all worked right. Would give four stars if all correct. Have seen several problem folk pointing at the mounted cameras--almost good enough with just that!See all 3 customer reviews... Peace of
